The Execution: A 12-Day Transformation
Days 1-3: Site Preparation **Scope: Full demolition and grading**
- Removed 1,800 sq ft existing deteriorated asphalt
- Excavated 2,400 sq ft gravel/overgrown areas
- Cleared vegetation and debris from entire project area
- Rough grading established across all zones
