The Execution: A 12-Day Transformation

Days 1-3: Site Preparation **Scope: Full demolition and grading**

  • Removed 1,800 sq ft existing deteriorated asphalt
  • Excavated 2,400 sq ft gravel/overgrown areas
  • Cleared vegetation and debris from entire project area
  • Rough grading established across all zones
