We provide services throughout Union County and Essex County, New Jersey. Service availability may vary by location and season.

2. Estimates and Pricing

2.1 Free Estimates

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for our services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Pricing

Final pricing is based on actual measurements and work performed. Additional charges may apply for:

• Extensive preparation work beyond normal cleaning
• Additional repairs discovered during service
• Premium materials or expedited service
• Work performed outside normal business hours

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

3.1 Scheduling

Service appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule.

3.2 Weather Delays

Asphalt services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other adverse weather conditions.

3.3 Cancellations

Customers may cancel scheduled services up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

4.2 Payment Due

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Commercial accounts may be eligible for net payment terms.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion, subject to normal wear and tear.

5.2 Material Warranties

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may vary by product. We will provide warranty information for materials used in your project.

5.3 Warranty Exclusions

Our warranties do not cover:

• Damage from vehicle fluids (oil, gasoline, etc.)
• Damage from snow plows or heavy equipment
• Natural disasters or acts of God
• Improper use or neglect
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original scope of work

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide clear access to work areas
• Remove vehicles and personal property from work areas
• Keep people and pets away from work areas during service
• Allow proper curing time as specified by our team
• Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randy Seal Coating & Striping's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Randy Seal Coating & Striping harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Randy Seal Coating & Striping and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
