2025 Update: New Jersey has updated accessibility requirements. All athletic facilities must comply with the latest ADA standards by September 2025.

Compliance Requirements

ADA Compliance

  • 1 accessible space per 25 parking spaces
  • 1 van-accessible space per 6 accessible spaces
  • 8 feet wide with 5-foot access aisle
  • Van spaces: 11 feet wide with 5-foot aisle
  • Proper signage at 60" minimum height
